The correct EBA and title for this position is yet to be made official. However, there is a strong need to fill various positions in this service area, from full-time to part-time and casual support. Certificate IV in Disability Studies is crucial to any role undertaken in any Accord Outreach program or service. Experience as a Community or Disability Support Worker is also vital to ensure applicants have a strong understanding about the position and how it plays out in the running and scheduling of our Outreach programs. Applicants must be able to devise, implement and evaluate personalised support arrangements for the individuals they support.
